Hi 👋. I'm Debra an empty nester, married, retired and running a tiny farm with rabbits, poultry, bees and 7 LGDs (Livestock Guardian Dogs -- great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd/Anatolian Shepard mix)
We live in a beautiful place, it's in a river valley in the Ouachita national Forest of Arkansas in the US.
I started keeping bees for the pollinators and have some honey for us and family and friends. We had a house fire, didn't loose the bees to it but they took off the following spring. So I'm starting fresh this year or next.

Nice to meet y'all.

I'm Nigel, located in the UK in Buckinghamshire. Been keeping bees for just over a month and a half. I've one hive of Buckfast bees. Always wanted to keep bees and now that the kids are grown I took the plunge. Going well so far, the fruit trees in the orchard are better pollinated than before and it looks like the bees have made a difference.
